The Head Of Data Services is
the key operational lead within this leading marketing solutions
provider, that ensures their clients’ quality, cost and delivery
expectations are met on a daily basis.
The Head of Data Services
will manage new product solution take-on, existing product take-on,
change management and the day to day delivery function. This role
requires a client centric attitude with a high degree of commercial
understanding of the delivery elements involved in complex solution
delivery.
The Head of Data Services
provides the apex between the commercial and client engagement
teams and the delivery functions including but not limited to
architecture, development, service support and bureau services
whilst maintaining legal and regulatory standards as well as the
highest level of quality management for each client
delivery.
Key
Requirements
- Campaign Management Experience 5+
years
- People Management Skills 10+
people
- DQM Experience (Data Suppression,
Enhancement, Infill)
- Understanding of "big" data in Campaign
terms
- Partnership Management, SLA deliveries built
into contract
