The marketing team is
a revenue
driven team. As the
Data Strategy Manager you will be responsible for the
responsiveness &
profitability of the
database you manage. Your ideas will shape the growth of the
database & the information we capture. You will work closely
with the promotional marketing managers to ensure that the right
message reaches the right person at the right time.

Requirements
- A strong understanding of how data drives
the customer experience & bottom line
performance
- The ability to work accurately and to hold
others to those standards
- An understanding of modern marketing
techniques & trends including digital
marketing
- Management experience is an advantage but
training will be offered to the right
candidate
- Experience using a database or CRM system as
an administrator or power user
- Excellent communication
skills & the ability to work with different team
across the business
- A passion for data strategy and a desire to
implement change
