focused Consultant with proven expertise in the delivery of
multi-channel marketing solutions to join consultancy team of
international marketing services provider
Global consulting group is
hiring a principal consultant to advise blue chip clients on how to
best optimize their prospect and customer experience across
multiple channels by applying data-driven insights and ultimately
increase profits.
Key
responsibilities:
•
Provide thought leadership
•
Contribute to new business development
•
Consult on strategic customer and business issues
•
Sell in consulting resources, particularly at the strategic
level
•
Design and articulate all products and services to match client
needs
•
Drive strategic customer consulting engagements across multiple
client engagements in multiple countries and be responsible for the
overall delivery of consulting projects
•
Coordinate with other resources as required to provide seamless
global capabilities
Keys skills and
experience:
•
10+ years experience in a senior marketing and/or consulting
role
•
5+ years industry experience (in one of either Media &
Telecommunications, Financial Services, Retail, Automotive, Travel
& Entertainment)
•
Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship and
consulting skills
•
Deep subject matter expertise in multi-channel marketing solutions
(above and below the line including CRM, database marketing,
reporting and analysis, business metrics, technology and
infrastructure capabilities).
•
Significant experience in global delivery (especially across
European countries)
•
Ability to independently drive the vision, strategy, execution and
outcomes
•
Strategic thinker with a strong record of professional
achievement
•
Demonstrated client acquisition, growth and retention
experience
•
Ability to construct strong business cases
•
Passion and enthusiasm and ability maintain demeanor and focus in
dynamic settings

Salary: c£90K + bonus + excellent
