Data Planner with
excellent data planning pedigree required to work with major blue
chip brand at leading direct marketing agency.
Key
Responsibilities
• Create multiple segments and consumer groups within the database
to assist the email marketing team in more targeted campaigns.
• Campaign planning, list pulls, contact flow, response
management.
• Perform data mining, analytical and reporting functions to
develop segmentation models and improved targeting for email
acquisition campaigns.
• Create customer engagement strategies to certain data segments
for improved ROI.
• Producing and reporting on campaign and programme effectiveness
and identifying areas for improvement.
• Cross platform data management. Liaising with the companies
contracted ESP’s to ensure the database is synced with the email
platforms.
• Assist with rent/purchase decisions and 3rd party contract
negotiations.
• Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to
ensure all targets and strategies are met and delivered.
Key Skills &
Experience required
• Database segmentation experience, data extraction and data
extraction
• Database marketing techniques, analytical skills, data
interrogation expertise, SQL, knowledge of CRM techniques and
direct marketing
• Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and
interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing and
product solutions.
• Professional qualifications in database packages.
• Prior experience working in a high pressured environment and a
high degree of resourcefulness
• Project management Experience
