Leading global marketing agency requires a
Senior Strategist to advise clients on best practice
CRM.
Working with the Agency account teams, this
client facing role will deliver clear strategic input into the
integrated CRM programmes of Blue Chip clients across diverse
vertical market sectors. The main objective being to develop new
insight and CRM initiatives that will enable the client to meet
their marketing and business objectives, whilst deepening the
relationship with the agency.
With an acquisition and retention dimension,
the role will centre on the delivery of integrated customer
journeys across multiple channels, harnessing the client's data and
fusing this with agency's sophisticated insight capabilities to
ensure outputs are measureable and effective from a ROMI
perspective.
This role will have a large social and
digital dimension.
Key
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong and effective
relationships with both client(s) and internal
stakeholders and teams
- Recommend new insight and data driven CRM
initiatives to help the client achieve their business
goals
- Understand clients’ business plans and
challenges and align the agency's capabilities to deliver cost
effective solutions
- Maintain strong industry and market
connections to stay ahead of best practice and new
developments
- Use, adapt and design strategic planning
tools to prioritise activities, facilitate workshops and scope
projects
- Pro-actively identify and deliver new
revenue opportunities
- Scoping, writing and delivery of successful
client proposals
Skills and
Experience
- Curious, perceptive, and strategic, yet your
concepts will be rooted in practical, deliverable
solutions
- A researcher, analyst, strategic thinker and
project manager who is passionate about using data and insight to
deliver business goals
- Have the ability to multi task, manage time
effectively and be comfortable with delivering solutions through
others- a great team worker.
- Highly numerate and literate, have
experience of specifying and delivering segmentation and modelling
projects and then using the findings to develop practical
solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation
skills both written and verbal
- Confidence and charisma- a
leader
