requires a CRM expert to manage key international retail
account.
We are looking for a Group
Account Director to manage a prestiguous retail client for a market
leading MSP and CRM practitioner
The ideal candidate will have team leadership and development
experience, extensive marketing data knowledge, ideally gained in a
planning or CRM function, as well as significant retail sector
experience.
Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships
- Ability to acquire new business and develop client business
- Bravery to take the lead and assume full responsibility for all
services provided
- A "can-do" attitude and flexibility
- Ability to challenge the status quo and make (and take the
consequences of) key decisions
- An excellent understanding of Database Marketing and CRM
- Data literacy and experience of marketing systems/technology
- Experience of working within a marketing services business or
within a marketing services team client-side
- Experience of managing people
- Ideally an understanding of the retail space
