The UK's leading loyalty
agency requires a bright Digital Planner to deliver ground breaking
digital marketing solutions to a wide portfolio of retail and FMCG
brands.
The Digital team provides Digital design and development
solutions ranging from maintaining and enhancing the main
website, providing corporate website and digital functionality and
delivering new and exciting loyalty and digital media solutions
both in the UK and worldwide.
The primary purpose of this role
is to plan and maintain the digital teams development schedule and
ensure the agreed work and help ensure it
is delivered on time, to a high standard through thorough
requirement specifications. This can be via projects, core
developments, change requests and marketing business as usual
tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help plan and schedule
the digital delivery plan.
- Work with the
Operations and Digital Development Manager and Head of Digital
Technology to deliver the overall Digital plan.
- Maintain accurate
digital resource management and work within Operations to maintain
overall resources for Digital projects.
- Help prepare valid
digital business cases for projects and core
developments.
- Ensure appropriate
user requirements are delivered, analysed and
challenged.
- Management of digital
development business as usual tasks.
- Management and
prioritization of change requests and support
calls.
- Planning project
stages and assessing the business implications for each
one.
- Monitoring progress
and making sure costs, timescales and quality standards meet agreed
targets.
- Ensure that incident
logs are maintained and utilised across the
department.
- Management of selected
initiatives and projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of
web technologies and development such as HTML, javascript and
content deployment & management.
- A current
understanding of the digital environment and new
technology.
- A flexible approach to
work.
- A good understanding
of business demands.
- The ability to work
effectively with other professionals.
- The ability to work
within budget limits.
- Excellent time
management skills and the ability to meet
deadlines.
