The UK's leading provider of CRM marketing solutions requires a
Data Solutions Consultant to
provide high quality post & presale consultancy to a blue
chip client base.
This is key role in the data
solutions consultancy team, working with Client Services &
Agency teams on a range of blue chip clients to advise on analysis,
insight and marketing database development. We are looking
for a practiced customer relationship management consultancy
professional with cross sector client experience, in depth
knowledge of marketing applications and excellent interpersonal
skills.
You’ll have working knowledge
of a range of customer data tools, marketing applications and guide
clients to maximise their investment in their customer data
activity and advise them on their overall customer marketing
strategy from a data perspective.
The key elements to this role
include:
• Advising, developing & consultancy for clients &
prospects on solutions (the full gamut of automated enterprise
marketing systems, applications & tools)
• To develop propositions to meet client needs & to work on a
project basis to deliver results
• Defining user requirements and ensuring these are fully supported
in the database solution and toolset we propose
• Contact strategy planning and optimising marketing channels,
helping to review & improve their customer relationship
activities
• Providing cross-sector learning’s, supporting best practice
• Ensuring the business understands, interprets and actions
customer insight
• Provide a new perspective on existing data flows, processes, user
tools and insight development to maximise benefit
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To develop propositions to meet client needs & to work on a
project basis to deliver results
• Identify, design & support the implementation of new
solutions and to undertake consultancy projects, defining user
requirements and ensuring these are fully supported in the database
solution and toolset we propose
• Defining, documenting, costing & presenting the proposed
solution and handholing / adding value during the sales process
• Add demonstrable value to clients business through the
identification of core business needs and the instigation of
appropriate solutions
• Defining insight, analysis, reporting, advising on or developing
customer communications and data strategy for clients
• Developing new proposition (projects) that may involve new and /
or existing products & services and may apply to many or
specific business sectors
• Ensuring new project proposals are fully costed and commercially
sound
• Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to
time
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Practical achievement in:
• An in depth level of experience within the marketing
industry
• Significant experience of customer relationship management and
delivery of data driven strategies
• Design, development, implementation & management of marketing
solutions
• Defining insight, analysis, reporting and advising on customer
communications strategy
• Detailed knowledge of marketing database applications and the
broad spectrum of marketing software tools
• Provide innovative ideas in the exploitation of online/digital
marketing channels
• Previous experience in a similar role or with other Marketing
Services Provider
