Group Account Director required to run
flagship key accounts at global CRM solutions
agency
The Group Account Director is strategically
responsible for the ownership and growth of four key accounts in
the financial services sector.
The Group Account Director is the ultimate
client owner for the assigned accounts. Focused on
maintaining and developing client solutions that solve their
business problems, the Group Account Director is accountable for
creating business value that results in contract retention,
profitable revenue growth, development of a transformational sales
pipeline and client satisfaction. As an industry expert and
marketer, the Group Account Director has accountability for all
client services (account management, sales, lines of business,
delivery, technology services) in the solution creation and
execution of the account strategy across specified accounts and
will bring together all the right parts of the agency to deliver to
the client.
Key Tasks &
Responsibilities
- Driving and quantifying client value in
their business terms
- Responsible for documenting and executing on
a long term account strategy that is updated routinely resulting in
profitable growth, sales pipeline development, superior
client satisfaction and improving product penetration through
solving client problems.
- Responsible for profit and loss in assigned
accounts.
- Delops and expands executive level (CXO)
relationships within assigned accounts.
- Generates value and differentiates services
and products from the competitors. Stays informed in latest
industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant
existing and emerging
technologies.
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in
assigned industry vertical/account segment in order to positively
affect business objectives.
- Consults, advises and educates prospective
new business to existing clients through demonstrations and
presentations. Improves awareness of multi-channel integrated
marketing solutions.
- Drives contract negotiations within assigned
accounts. Responsible for engaging sales, lines of business and
delivery regarding new sales, account growth and contract renewals
as appropriate.
- Works closely with the company leadership to
orchestrate all business solutions and opportunities.
Maintain ultimate responsibility to ensure solutions are
implemented and projects are completed on budget, in scope and on
time. Responsible for driving consent for offshore
delivery.
