overview
Oversee the production of all
digital marketing tools such as email newsletters, and promotions
for all acquisition routes.
Delivery of the CRMprogramme including regular weekly newsletters,
a targeted welcome programme and reactivation emails.
Marketing Analysis of all campaigns as well as reporting on
ROI.
Manage profitability of new member recruitment.

Responsibilities
Oversee all market
acquisition initiatives with affiliates, direct partnerships and
paid search
Using data analysis, ensure new customers are profitable by month
1.
Monitor and maintain acquisition budget planning process
Have an understanding of Technology constraints and work closely
with technical team to deliver new initiatives, project development
requirements and bug fixes.

and enjoys developing great communications; Highly organised and
self motivated; Good Excel skills; Forward planner; Driven by
targets and deadlines; Strong team player; 3 - 5 years marketing
experience essential; CRMand campaign management experience,
preferably in an e-commerce environment
Good understanding of data analysis and customer segmentation for
email campaigns

Microsoft Office 2007
HTML and Design software knowledge an advantage
