Marketing Manager with
extensive knowledge of the UK IFA market required to head up the
protection division of international Financial Services
Provider
Key responsibilities:-
- Responsible for liaising
regularly with the IFA community and the Employee Benefits
Division.
- Development of marketing
strategies for the Protection business.
- Responsible for new
campaigns, promotions and PR across the protection
business.
- Provide
regular in-depth market intelligence by monitoring the competitor
market and clients.
- Identify
and develop new market and business opportunities.
- Responsible for the
production and distribution of client communication including
brochureware, product literature and client communications with an
oversight on our internet campaigns.
- Campaign
development and implementation.
- Responsible for the
acquisition of hospitality events with cross selling and retention
objectives.
- Responsible for the
delivery of marketing and communication pieces internally to all
staff.
- Working
closely with the Head of Marketing within our UK Agency Division as
and when required.
- Working
closely with the Head of Communications and E-Commerce Director on
implementing brand strategy.
Key
requirements:-
- Must
have proven experience working within a similar marketing
position.
- Must
have proven marketing experience within Employee Benefits and the
Individual Protection IFA / Consultancy market.
- Extensive knowledge of
the UK IFA market essential.
Location Brighton
Salary c£80K + benefits
