The rise of the data guru

As you would expect us in the world of recruitment are at the forefront of any downturn in the economy and this is certainly the case in the direct marketing sector. Or is it? I have always believed that good database marketing & CRM are key factors in any businesses success. Cross-sell, up-sell, retention, all sound principles that most companies undertaken without being aware. In tough times these skills are even more in demand.
